Executive Summary

An interactive KPI framework scoring tool covering 6 organizational performance domains — Financial, Customer, Operations, Compliance, People, and Strategic. For each of the 6 domains, rate your current KPIs on a 5-point maturity scale (1=Not Measured → 5=Fully Optimized) and their Strategic Importance (1–5). The tool calculates a weighted composite score and identifies the highest-priority gaps — the KPIs where low maturity meets high strategic importance.
